Good News: CDC funding prevention against opioids in Maryland, Virginia and DC; no mention in below article to re-loading/Narcan.

As prior posts indicate, much federal funding has been to pay for the antidote, Narcan, which all reports indicate frequently revive opioid-caused near-death experiences.  The same articles report how many opioid users, once revived, immediately get up and walk away from medical personnel so they can resume (what they consider to be) their interrupted "low."
