New York Times covers many aspects of Canada's Legalization of Marijuana, however, while reporting how some Physicians are cautious...it fails to note that Colorado's percentage of confirmed THC/Marijuana in drivers of vehicles in Fatal Accidents rose to 33% after two years of decriminalization.

Will Canada track the share of fatal accidents involving alcohol and THC, as Colorado has done for two years?

And yes, it does matter when adults self-administer legal substances used to alter their minds and the new-comer substance grabs an increasing share of the cause-of-death statistics.
